Using the Smart Support tool you will be able to get access to the DoStudio Support Team. You may install Smart Support on any Windows Vista or XP machine with an Internet connection. You will need your user name and password (provided when you purchase a license) to login.
Smart Support is a free standalone application that can be run on any computer in your facility. The Smart Support tool includes the following items:

BD compiled image for testing your PC's playback

Smart Support is installed when you install DSA. It can also be downloaded separately for installation on additional computers.
File Sharing
Sometimes describing what isn't working isn't as efficient as just having someone knowledgeable take a look at your files. NetBlender offers file sharing support for DoStudio customers through the Smart Support tool. File sharing allows you to upload your DoStudio projects for review by NetBlender technical support staff and/or DoStudio Ambassadors. Your files are secure and kept completely confidential.
DoStudio Ambassador Program
The DoStudio Ambassador program is a way to reward some of our more innovative customers while providing unparallel to our entire customer base. Ambassadors are creative developers who monitor our support forum for implementation questions. They are real professionals who are developing real Blu-ray Disc projects. Chances are, they have encountered many of the same challenges you will discover, and they are here to help.
If you are interested in becoming a DoStudio Ambassador, please contact us. A qualified candidate is an scripter who is knowledgeable about the next generation specs and tools. Additionally, you need to be working on real projects and spend a lot of time online.
