We are making the public beta version of DoStudio MX™ available to the first 100 DoStudio customers who download and activate it.
If you are already using DoStudio Release 6 your existing license will work without any changes. If you are not currently a DoStudio customer, you can still participate in the beta program. Simply download the DoStudio MX beta installer and you will be prompted for purchase information when you install it. The subscription fee will be the $99/month (the cost of a DoStudio 6 license) during the beta period.

DoStudio is the first Graphical User Interface for creating advanced content for HD DVD and Blu-ray. The Layout Editor enables drag-and-drop arrangement of graphical elements on the screen, another industry first. DoStudio MX™ handles most design & layout tasks visually, dramatically reducing the amount of code you have to manipulate by hand. Scripts and Events can be added to any element on screen with DoStudio's IDE, which opens with the click of a button.

| Import Adobe Photoshop Graphics |
Offering full support of Photoshop layer sets, DoStudio empowers graphics professionals to focus on visual design while working efficiently in the industry standard Adobe Photoshop application. DoStudio can import entire screen layouts at HD resolution, or individual graphic elements for placement using DoStudio’s layout editor. DoStudio automates the process of creating images for various button states such as “highlighted,” “selected,” and “entered” by recognizing layers in Photoshop files and automatically assigning their properties.

| Panes |
Panes are a unique feature of DoStudio. You may build an unlimited number of panes to create your advanced content. For example, one pane will house the primary video playback, while another will house the pop-up menu, while still another will house a network-delivered trivia. Panes are analogous to layers in Photoshop, and they are a powerful way to organize your application.
